Emotional intelligence (EQ) in leaders has become increasing important in the workplace. The EQ-i2.0 and EQ360 reports reveal where emotions factor, or don’t factor, into how a leader guides people and manages work.

Strengths-based Leadership

People follow strength. Rather than focusing exclusively on shoring up weaknesses, leaders who learn to augment their strengths find greater satisfaction in their work. We offer workshops using the CliftonStrengths 34 report and strengths-based leadership coaching.
